The Channel Partner Account Manager will be responsible supporting the campaign execution and operations of our partners. As a partnership specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for our channel sales partner when launching and running a campaign and their key liaison to maximize our product for their advertiser. You’ll compliment the Partnership Manager’s strategy for the specific partner and leverage your deep product knowledge to give channel sales partners the critical advantage needed in fulfilling their advertiser’s campaigns.

Knowledge of local digital and traditional sales efforts, relevant digital video industry trends and a proven ability to implement advertising campaigns by fostering reseller relationships will be vital for success. The ideal candidate for this position has local advertising sales experience and documented success; they love process, problem solving, the successful completion of projects, and working in a fast-paced environment. You listen and have an empathy for both customers and the needs of salespeople, and an ability to make the complex seem simple. You can motivate complimentary teams to achieve goals without micromanaging in a cross-functional and matrixed environment. You’re an excellent communicator with high energy and strong self-discipline and an informed point of view on how to succeed in channel sales.


  • Manage and coordinate the successful execution and delivery of campaigns for channel partners.
  • Coordinate and manage in-house partner resources, ensuring execution of agreed-upon commitments.
  • Maintain accuracy of our internal AdTech and Systems for order management and reporting.
  • Quality control orders to ensure successful output in both pre and post sales environments.
  • Liaison with planning and ad operations to successfully delegate and manage RFP and Order volume ensuring execution of agreed-upon SLAs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas through identification and closing of incremental sales and revenue opportunities with Partners.
  • Generate and close incremental sales and revenue opportunities with existing customers.
  • Proactively and consistently engage customers to understand the changing business needs of their organization to identify upselling/cross selling for revenue growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Channel Partner Manager to prepare and conduct quarterly business reviews (QBR) with partners.
  • Maintain an exceptional knowledge of the partner’s products as provided by Gamut including pricing practices and key value propositions to effectively ensure positioning and alignment throughout the sales journey.
  • Coordinate and maintain all reporting needs for partners and clients together with analytics.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for any advertiser issues that arise and proactively coordinate efforts with other internal teams to ensure effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with partner management to develop specific account management plans to meet assigned accounts needs and an overall strategy to optimize sales and retention opportunities.
  • Develop, maintain, and lead cross-functional relationships with support groups including planning, insights, ad operations, analytics and product and other teams as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholder across partnership organizations. Proactively seek feedback and solutions to help foster positive business relationships.
  • Hold the highest level of integrity and trust with channel partners.


  • 3+ years in media sales with documented exceptional performance.
  • Superior communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Full understanding of the digital landscape, with expertise in OTT and digital video.
  • High degree of creativity, independence, self-motivation and drive.
  • Well-developed time management, organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to change in a highly dynamic work environment.
  • Eagerness to learn new media/technology in an environment that is constantly changing.
  • A strong customer focus and ability to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, and communication.
  • Experience selling advertising at the national and local level is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • BS/BA degree required.
  • IAB Certification preferred.
